Many products sold by Headtap are produced specifically for each customer after an order is placed. Because these products are made to order, our return policy differs from that of a traditional retail store.<\/p>\n

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items<\/h2>\n

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order<\/strong> at support@headtap.net<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Please include your order number, your name, a description of the problem, and clear photographs showing the issue.<\/p>\n

Once the problem has been verified, we will work with our fulfillment provider to arrange an appropriate replacement or refund. You will not be charged for an approved replacement resulting from a manufacturing or fulfillment error.<\/p>\n

Lost Packages<\/h2>\n

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date<\/strong>. We will investigate the shipment and, when appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.<\/p>\n

Wrong Size, Color, or Change of Mind<\/h2>\n

Most Headtap products are produced on demand specifically for your order. For that reason, we generally cannot offer refunds or exchanges when the wrong size or color was selected, the customer changes their mind, or the customer no longer wants the product.<\/p>\n

Please carefully review product descriptions, sizing information, colors, and order details before completing your purchase.<\/p>\n

Incorrect Shipping Addresses<\/h2>\n

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If an order cannot be delivered because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional shipping or replacement charges may apply.<\/p>\n

Before Returning an Item<\/h2>\n

Do not mail an item back without contacting us first.<\/strong> In many cases, photographs are sufficient to document a damaged or defective product, and a physical return may not be necessary.<\/p>\n

Sending an item to an address without prior authorization does not guarantee a refund.<\/p>\n

Refund Processing<\/h2>\n

Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method. Processing times after a refund is issued may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.<\/p>\n
