Headtap sells products that may be produced and shipped by third-party fulfillment partners. Many products are made specifically for each customer after an order is placed.<\/p>\n

Order Processing<\/h2>\n

Orders normally enter production after payment has been successfully completed. Because products may be manufactured on demand, there may be a production period before the package is transferred to the shipping carrier.<\/p>\n

Production and shipping times vary depending on product type, order volume, fulfillment location, destination, shipping method, carrier conditions, holidays, and peak shopping periods. Any delivery dates shown during checkout are estimates unless specifically stated otherwise.<\/p>\n

Shipping Charges<\/h2>\n

Available shipping options and applicable shipping charges will normally be displayed during checkout before payment is completed. Shipping rates may vary depending on the products ordered, destination, package size, and selected shipping method.<\/p>\n

Tracking<\/h2>\n

When tracking information is available, it may be provided by email or through your Headtap account. Tracking information may take some time to update after a shipping label has been created.<\/p>\n

Multiple Packages<\/h2>\n

Products in the same order may occasionally be produced at different facilities or shipped separately. As a result, you may receive more than one package for a single order.<\/p>\n

Incorrect Addresses<\/h2>\n

Please verify your shipping information carefully before completing checkout. Headtap is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses supplied by the customer. If a package must be reproduced or reshipped because of an incorrect address, additional charges may apply.<\/p>\n

Lost or Delayed Packages<\/h2>\n

Carrier delays can occasionally occur after an order leaves the fulfillment facility. If your shipment appears to be lost or substantially overdue, contact support@headtap.net<\/a> and include your order number.<\/p>\n

International Orders<\/h2>\n

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country. Unless otherwise stated during checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs processing may also cause additional delivery delays.<\/p>\n

Damaged Products<\/h2>\n

If your package arrives damaged or the product has a manufacturing defect, please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy<\/a> and contact us within 30 days.<\/p>\n
